Johnnie Viet Anh Le

Johnnie is the founding Principal Solicitor of JLE Lawyers, bringing a passion for justice and a client-first approach to everything the firm stands for.

After completing his degree in Arts, Johnnie went on to pursue his true calling in the legal field, completing his Law degree and being formally admitted as a registered lawyer in 2019. His journey through two distinct areas of study gave him a unique and well-rounded perspective that continues to set him apart in his practice.

Since his admission, Johnnie has been actively practising law, building a strong foundation across a range of legal matters and gaining the experience and insight needed to understand not just the law, but the real people behind every case.

In 2023, Johnnie founded JLE Lawyers with a clear vision in mind. He believed that clients deserved more than just legal representation; they deserved a lawyer who listens, communicates clearly, and stands firmly in their corner from start to finish.

Today, Johnnie leads JLE Lawyers with that same commitment, working closely with his team to ensure every client receives the attention, care, and quality of service they deserve. His background in both Arts and Law has shaped his ability to approach complex legal problems with creativity, empathy, and a broader perspective.

Johnson Nguyen

Johnson's legal journey began as a volunteer at a community legal centre, where he saw firsthand how many people navigate the legal system without fully understanding their rights. This experience became the foundation of his commitment to making legal help accessible, practical, and easy to understand for everyday people.

He has since gained extensive experience in family law and civil disputes, representing clients across tribunals and courts with dedication and care. Johnson established JLE Lawyers on the belief that everyone deserves clear advice, a fair hearing, and a lawyer who genuinely works in their corner every step of the way.

At JLE Lawyers, Johnson leads a team that shares his values of transparency, empathy, and results-driven advocacy. Whether clients are facing complex legal challenges or simply seeking guidance for the first time, JLE Lawyers is committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment where no question is too small and no matter is overlooked.

Johnson speaks English and Vietnamese, allowing him to connect with and serve a diverse range of clients across the community. He holds degrees in Law and Commerce.

Yannie Luu

Yannie is a valued member of the JLE Lawyers team, serving as the firm's Administrative Assistant and Clerk. Bringing warmth, dedication, and a keen eye for detail to everything she does, Yannie plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the firm.

As the first point of contact for many clients, Yannie understands the importance of making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-supported from the moment they walk through the door. Her commitment to providing a positive and organised experience reflects the values that JLE Lawyers was built upon.

Working closely alongside the firm's legal team, Yannie provides vital support across a range of administrative and clerical functions, ensuring that every matter is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Her dedication behind the scenes is what allows JLE Lawyers to deliver a seamless and attentive service to every client.

Francis Ta

Francis is a law student and administrative team member at JLE Lawyers, bringing a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for making the law accessible to everyone.

Currently immersed in her legal studies, she works closely alongside the firm's senior lawyers, providing both administrative support and hands-on assistance across a range of legal matters. This dual role is giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it truly means to serve clients with care and precision. Her work at the firm reflects more than professional growth; it reflects a deeper calling to be the bridge between the complexities of the legal system and the everyday people who navigate it.
